Tenant Find
We find and vet the tenant, handle the initial rent and deposit, and advise on compliance. You take it from there.
Tenant find
50% of the first month's rent (60% incl. VAT), subject to a minimum fee of £450 + VAT (£540 incl. VAT)

Tenant Find & Rent Collection
Everything in Tenant Find, plus we demand, collect and remit the rent each month and chase it when it's late.
Tenant find
30% of the first month's rent (36% incl. VAT), subject to a minimum fee of £400 + VAT (£480 incl. VAT)
Rent collection
6% of the monthly rent + VAT (7.2% incl. VAT)

Full Management
The complete hands-off service. We handle the tenancy end to end: inspections, repairs, rent reviews, notices and disputes.
